Cancel Your Booking

Standard bookings (under 28 nights):
– Cancel at least 5 days before check-in → Full refund
– Cancel less than 5 days before check-in → No refund

Long-term stays (28+ nights):
– Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in → Full refund
– Cancel after that → The first 30 days of your stay are non-refundable

Please note: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued manually via PayPal by the host. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation.
